SHEROYAL RETURN POLICY

At Sheroyal, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

  • We accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance items

  • Accessories

  • Bodysuits

  • Items marked Final Sale

HOW TO RETURN

1️⃣ Return by Mail (Online Orders Only)

To request a return by mail:

  1. Log in to your My Account on sheroyal.ca

  2. Go to Order Details & Tracking

  3. Click View Order

  4. Select Return Request next to the item(s) you wish to return

  5. Choose the reason for return and submit your request

  6. Print the provided return shipping label

  7. Drop off the package at the courier location listed on the label

🔹 A return fee of $6.95 + applicable tax per order will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking and return shipping costs.
🔹 Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
🔹 Items must be received by our warehouse within 15 days of return authorization approval

IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

  • Items sent using an unapproved shipping method may be returned to the sender

  • Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly on sheroyal.ca

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 weeks after the return has been shipped and received

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued
